We have on appeal the judgment and sentence of the trial court imposing a death sentence upon Pressley Alston. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, Γ§ 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. Appellant was convicted of first-degree murder, armed robbery, and armed kidnapping. For the armed robbery and armed kidnapping convictions, the trial court imposed consecutive life sentences. We affirm.
